The Lead UX Designer will ensure alignment between user needs, business objectives, and platform standards while overseeing the quality of UX delivery. They will lead the functional coordination of designers and contribute to the UX maturity of the teams.
Responsibilities

- Leadership UX: Coordination fonctionnelle des designers, exigence de qualité, contribution à la maturité UX avec les équipes
- Compétences Techniques Impératives: Journey Management / Service Design Expert, Product Design end-to-end Expert, Figma / Design System (Confirmé), UX Research & Insight Operations (Confirmé)
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Design
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Significant experience in user experience strategies
- Expertise in Journey Management, Service Design, and Product Design
- Figma and Design System skills
