Staff Product Designer - AI Observability

The Staff Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of AI Observability tools, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers. They will create intuitive experiences for AI developers and scientists, enhancing the usability of AI observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design to understand customer needs
• Act as an end-to-end product designer, sketching, prototyping, testing, and seeing products through to production
• Bring designs to life with intuitive interaction design, leveraging strong prototyping skills
• Utilize research methodologies and design best practices to identify opportunities to enhance AI experiences

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product design
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end
• Top-tier visual design skills, with ability to craft robust yet delightful interactions and workflows
• Deeply curious individual, inspired by emerging technologies and their effect on human computer interaction
