Senior UX Designer – HRSD Knowledge Base (ServiceNow)

The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for applying UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service employee journeys and designing a scalable knowledge architecture optimized for AI, automation, and chatbot enablement. This role involves close collaboration with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and the AI enablement team while establishing governance frameworks and content guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service employee journeys
- Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimised for AI, automation, and chatbot enablement
- Closely collaborate with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and the AI enablement team
- Establish governance frameworks, templates, and content creation guidelines
- Act as the lead UX voice influencing senior stakeholders and guiding the organisation’s UX maturity
Requirements
- Experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in information architecture and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar enterprise HR solutions
- Skilled in UX writing, navigation design, content structuring, and scalable IA
- Familiarity with knowledge management, AI search optimisation, and chatbot design
- Strong communicator able to influence senior leaders and drive UX decisions
