
Lead the design lifecycle for key app projects, from research to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead App Design Projects: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle for key projects
- User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives
- Prototyping and Wire-framing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touch-points
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in App product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across mobile applications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centred approach to design
