UI/UX Product Designer (Part-Time)

The UI/UX Product Designer will lead the UX and UI design for AU10TIX products, ensuring usability and consistency across various platforms. They will also conduct usability tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX and UI design of web app, mobile experience, and internal console
- Drive the full design lifecycle, from user research to final UI
- Run experiments and usability testing to validate hypotheses and optimize key user journeys
- Improve completion and conversion metrics by identifying friction points and designing improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align user needs with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work on complex products
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems
- Experience conducting usability testing and translating insights into design improvements
- Familiarity with A/B testing or data-driven UX optimization
- Proven ability to improve usability, completion rates, or conversion metrics
