The Internal Communications Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual design strategies for internal communications across multiple platforms. This includes creating presentations, infographics, and templates that reflect the company's brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end visual design strategies for internal communications across multiple platforms (print, digital, video)
- Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, and templates for all-employee meetings and executive communications
- Use AI-driven design tools to accelerate concept development, generate variations, and optimize workflows
- Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh, innovative design approaches
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals
- Stay current on design trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies in visual communication
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong PowerPoint design skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
- Strong conceptual skills with expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to adapt designs for web and mobile platforms
- Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
- Self-starter but also able to take creative direction well and effectively
- Ability to practice discretion while working with confidential information
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including examples of AI-enhanced projects (if available)
- BA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field
