The Designer will develop and deliver high-quality HTB content across print and digital platforms. They will transform briefs into compelling assets for various media while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day creative workflow, generating fresh ideas, developing concepts and executing designs through to final delivery
- Work across multiple projects at once, ensuring every asset aligns with brand and editorial guidelines, meets the brief, and is delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and wider team, sharing ideas, workshopping concepts, and keeping up to date with current design trends
- Support and train volunteers, helping to build community and deliver engaging, high-quality content
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the design process, from briefing to delivery
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- 2 years experience in print, digital, and typography
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven qualities of adaptability with rapidly changing circumstances
- Able to deliver to a high standard and fast turn around
