The Internal Communications Graphic Designer will develop and execute visual design strategies for internal communications, creating engaging presentations and collateral. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end visual design strategies for internal communications across multiple platforms (print, digital, video)
- Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, and templates for all-employee meetings and executive communications
- Use AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) to accelerate concept development, generate variations, and optimize workflows
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong PowerPoint design skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., generative image tools, automated layout systems)
- Strong conceptual skills with expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
