The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual assets and maintaining branding consistency while collaborating with the marketing team on advertising and promotional campaigns. Success is measured by the impact of designs on engagement and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop various visual assets including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
- Design logos, color palettes, and other visual elements to establish and maintain the brand's identity across different platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics for advertising and promotional campaigns
- Plan, execute, and provide creative direction for photoshoots and videoshoots
- Handle post-production tasks including photo editing and video editing
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays in videos
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas effectively
- Strong creative vision and ability to produce visually compelling designs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or communications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
