As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually appealing designs for various platforms and collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts. You will manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements and objectives
- Assist in the development of design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messages
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently and meet project deadlines
- Create design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, and social media content
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables
- Utilize design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and refine designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop creative solutions
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design
- Proven experience in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry-standard print production processes and specifications
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
