The Graphic Designer will edit and optimize images for digital platforms and create packaging designs that align with brand guidelines. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure design consistency and manage multiple design requests.
Responsibilities
- Edit and optimize images for websites, PDPs, and landing pages
- Update and enhance listing images for both existing and new products
- Create ad creatives from scratch for use across Meta, TikTok, and other marketing channels
- Apply brand guidelines, color systems, and visual templates from our branding agency to new and existing product lines
- Work on product dielines (boxes, jars, bottles, sprays, etc.) — making edits and preparing print-ready files for manufacturers
- Support the new product design process using established brand templates and packaging frameworks
- Collaborate with production partners to ensure design accuracy and print quality
- Work with the brand, marketing, and product development teams to ensure design consistency
- Manage multiple design requests and revisions with attention to detail and deadlines
- Maintain brand standards and deliver visually cohesive assets across all channels
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional design experience (consumer goods, e-commerce, or CPG preferred)
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating digital ad creatives, product imagery, and packaging designs
- Understanding of dieline setup, print specifications, and packaging production
- Excellent eye for detail, layout, and color consistency
- Ability to balance creative design with brand and performance goals
