Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing creative activities and driving the creative direction of campaigns through effective design solutions. This includes producing attractive designs, communicating with clients, and supporting the team throughout the creative process.
Responsibilities
- Produce attractive and effective designs for all media to tell our Brands story
- Deliver high quality, on-brand, scalable graphics solutions and ensure consistent quality content is delivered on time, every time
- Edit and refine graphic designs into finished products
- Regularly seek feedback and critique on work produced in order to further develop style and execution
- Liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders are required
- Support the wider team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Participate during Creative team meetings and share ideas
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to our clients and management
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or any related area of study
- Minimum of 5 years as a Senior Designer who can lead branding strategy and oversee high-level creative execution
- Proficiency in Web/UI design tools (Figma or Adobe XD), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant creative tools
- Strong and effective communicator (written, spoken and visual) and must understand web layouts, user flows, and UI principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous excellent working knowledge in major social media channels like Facebook and LinkedIn
