The Web & Graphic Designer will create branded materials for both print and digital marketing needs, ensuring a consistent visual identity. Responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, managing print production, and updating website assets.
Responsibilities
- Print & Marketing Collateral Design: Design brochures, branded marketing materials, and seasonal flyers
- Produce business cards, packaging collateral, merchandise designs, and A4 promotional "Happy Pack" materials
- Create team ID cards and update training manuals using Adobe InDesign
- Digital Design & Web Support: Develop graphics for onboarding modules in Trainual
- Support website updates and edits using WordPress (Elementor)
- Create social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist with digital content updates and optimisation
- Print Management & Production: Prepare print-ready files with correct formatting and specifications
- Manage printing tasks, quotes, supplier communication, and quality checks
- Liaise with print vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Perform quality assurance before publishing or sending files to print
- Organise design assets, templates, and version-controlled files
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative role
- Proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma (Intermediate–Advanced)
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork and coordinating with print suppliers
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and design systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience designing for trade services or home services industries is highly regarded
- Video editing skills are a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
