The Graphic Designer - Employer Branding Specialist will create engaging visual content to support employer branding across digital channels. Key responsibilities include designing digital assets for social media and recruitment marketing materials, as well as collaborating with HR and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content to support employer branding across digital channels
- Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition
- Create recruitment marketing materials and campaign visuals
- Assist with basic design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Understanding of digital design concepts for social media and web
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Fluent English is a must
