Product Designer
Inheaden Remote (đŽđł Bengaluru, Bangalore North, India)
The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs and develop wireframes and prototypes. They will also conduct user research and testing to improve user experience and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered designs that meet clientsâ business and user goals
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and development teams
- Conduct lean user research, user testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience for our clientsâ products
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for our clientsâ digital products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our clientsâ products are modern and competitive
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Bachelorâs degree in design or media field
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and UX/UI design skills
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of German is an added benefit
- Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Proficiency in Webflow is an added benefit
