Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs by incorporating user research insights, developing design concepts and delivering high-quality design artifacts
  • Experience Vision: Establish and maintain a clear experience vision aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
  • UX Storytelling: Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals
  • Design Consistency: Champion the adoption of design systems and standards to ensure consistency, cohesion, and brand alignment across products and experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working in product or service design
  • 2+ years experience shipping products, services, and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
