
UX Designer

The UX Designer II is responsible for designing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups, while also leading user research activities to validate designs. They collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designing wireframes, user flows, and highâfidelity mockups for new and existing interfaces
- Participating in design critiques and applying feedback to strengthen solutions
- Developing and maintaining consistent design and interface style guides
- Partnering with UI Developers to build and maintain pattern libraries and reusable components
- Creating interactive prototypes using tools such as InVision or Figma
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs align with strategy, processes, and the TD SYNNEX voice
- Leading user research activities and using data, usability feedback, and insights to validate and refine designs
- Developing project plans, managing design activities, and collaborating with leadership on project status
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree required
- Degree in Human Factors, Web/Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Experience presenting design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders
- Collaborative and creative contributor with a proactive approach to ideation
- Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills
- Adaptable and solutionâoriented in fastâmoving environments
- Upholds professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
- Builds positive, collaborative working relationships
- Manages shifting priorities and deadlines effectively
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and technologies
- Proficient with design and prototyping applications (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
- Competent in common office software and collaboration tools
