Staff UI/UX Designer

The Staff UI/UX Designer will lead multiple design work streams to solve complex business challenges while advocating for users. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively demonstrate the value of design and drive feature requirements
- Build relationships and collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering partners
- Ensure user-centricity early in the design process and validate requirements through user research
- Define and maintain information architecture for digital solutions
- Create and deliver detailed designs and prototypes that support end-to-end user journeys
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in responsive web-based UX, UI, or blended UX/UI design
- 5+ years of experience leading design strategy, design workshops, and creating long-term visions
- Strong portfolio showing 5+ years of experience delivering complex digital solutions
- 2+ years of experience designing based on enterprise and/or third-party design systems
- 1+ years of experience with Figma design, collaboration, and delivery
