Product Designer Senior (Concepción)

The Product Designer will focus on enhancing digital product experiences from conception to client release and follow-up. They will collaborate with development and business teams to align user needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research processes to identify user needs and pain points
• Design end-to-end experiences, including user journeys, flows, and information architecture
• Create wireframes and prototypes of low, medium, and high fidelity
• Validate solutions through user testing and feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation

Requirements

• Professional education in Design, UX/UI, Industrial Design, Psychology or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products
• Experience leading UX research processes
• Ability to design end-to-end experiences, including user journeys, flows, and information architecture
• Experience with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
