Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design goals
- Deliver end-to-end design solutions and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals
- Maintain and update existing design systems and templates
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
