Senior Product Designer - UX

Lead end-to-end design for enterprise applications, delivering user experiences that simplify complex systems. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for enterprise applications, delivering world-class user experiences
- Translate and co-create requirements, working closely with product managers and stakeholders
- Create and refine user flows, mockups, and prototypes to develop consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experiences
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, motivations, and pain points
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions for both web and mobile applications
- End-to-end product design experience, from discovery to delivery
- Strong advocate for design thinking, able to influence stakeholders and drive co-creation
