As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing product features across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize existing products and deliver new features.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, define and design product features from start-to-finish across mobile and web platforms
- Collaborate closely with Research, Content Design, Product Management, and Engineering partners to iterate and drive solutions towards member & business outcomes
- Develop effective design solutions based on research, member insights, and industry best-practices
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design intent through design specs and presentations
- Collaborate with other product designers working on other projects to drive alignment and cohesiveness across the entire user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in product design/UX roles
- Strong design point of view and aesthetic
- Expertise in common design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Expertise in mobile and web UX best practices across iOS, Android and responsive web
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including product management, engineering and marketing
