Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will create user interfaces and experiences for Armada’s digital products. You will collaborate with teams to design user-centered solutions that enhance user engagement and understanding of complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and brand standards are upheld
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the company's digital products remain innovative and competitive

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools for general design tasks
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
