Product Designer II

Collaborate with PM, Engineering, and Research partners to define and iterate on product features from concept to delivery. Design generative UI patterns and trust-based interactions that enhance the developer experience with Responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PM, Engineering, and Research partners to define and iterate on product features from concept to delivery
- Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to design team, key stakeholders, and organization leaders
- Translate user insights and feedback into design solutions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity
- Produce design artifacts across fidelities using Figma, Vercel, and other AI prototyping tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product or service design
- Experience applying AI domain knowledge to real-world product or service design
- Technical engineering experience and familiar with HTML, CSS, JS/TS, Python
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
