Lead the design of rider experiences across key Offerings initiatives, from concept through delivery. Develop empathy for user needs through research and data analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of rider experiences across key Offerings initiatives, from concept through delivery
- Develop empathy for user needs through research, data analysis, and close partnership with UXR
- Generate, test, and iterate on concepts, embracing experimentation and learning from outcomes
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on goals and deliver high-quality experiences
- Navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, delivering polished work under real constraints
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in UX, UI, or HCI-related fields
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers
- Experience designing products for mobile platforms
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with user research methods and analysis
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools
