Senior UX Designer (Consumer Cybersecurity)

The Senior UX Designer will design consumer cybersecurity experiences for primary markets, focusing on cross-market UX strategy and end-to-end experience design. The role involves collaboration with various teams to create intuitive and trustworthy products.
Responsibilities
- Design consumer cybersecurity experiences for primary markets in Japan and Western regions
- Contribute to cross-market UX strategy and localization
- End-to-end experience design for mobile and web platforms
- Trust-driven, human-centered security experiences
- AI-augmented design workflows
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
- Multi-disciplinary UX collaboration with Visual Designers, UX Researchers, and Content Writers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
- Strong background in B2C consumer products (e.g., mobile apps, lifestyle services, smart devices, finance, or cybersecurity)
- Education background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: UX Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, or a related design, behavioral science, or engineering discipline
- Or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio
- Business-level English, able to present, discuss, and collaborate with global teams
- TOEIC Gold Certificate (860+ preferred) or equivalent proof of professional English working proficiency
