The Senior Product Designer will run Continuous Product Discovery to understand customer motivations and needs, and deliver visual yet functional design solutions. They will also design prototypes for rapid testing and validation while collaborating across functions to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Running continuous product discovery, from generative to evaluative studies
- Applying cognitive science and data-informed design to influence decision-making
- Delivering visual yet functional design solutions, following best practices in interaction design and information hierarchy
- Designing at different levels of fidelity to articulate and simplify abstract complex business concepts
- Developing functional prototypes for rapid-testing and validation cycles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar senior product design roles
- Experience in SaaS business mechanics and metrics that inform decision making
- Proficiency in adopting and contributing to Design Systems, mastery with Figma
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile industry standards
- Knowledge of Conversational and Assistive AI design models
