UX Designer - Mission Support System

The UX Designer will collaborate closely with architects, developers, product management, and other UX professionals, navigating between minute operational decisions and long-term strategic choices. Responsibilities include supporting stakeholders with UX expertise, acting as the UX contact person for development teams, maintaining UX guidelines, developing UX processes, and conducting usability testing with representative users.
Responsibilities
- Supporting different stakeholders in projects with UX competence
- Being a contact person for UX-related aspects for developers in different development teams
- Collaborating in different UX forums across the department
- Maintaining and developing UX guidelines
- Developing methods and processes for UX-related aspects in product development
- Testing user-friendliness with representative users
Requirements
- Experience working with traditional design processes and adapting them to the business
- Experience with user studies, analyzing and defining user needs and requirements
- Experience with construction, implementation, and maintenance of complex technical systems
- Experience with customer contacts
- Knowledge of C++, C#, Java, .Net, and SQL
- Ability to present and explain technical solutions
