The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with product managers and engineers to create AI-enhanced user experiences. They will also mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving design processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, blending creativity with strategic thinking
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategies aligned with user needs and business goals
- Drive product discovery through data, AI-assisted research tools, and predictive modeling
- Reduce product complexity by simplifying interfaces and enhancing usability across the platform
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure design alignment and execution
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within SaaS or a tech-forward environment
- Advanced ability to create compelling, accessible digital interfaces
- Skilled in research methodologies and applying user insights to product design
- Strong capacity to structure content and craft interactive experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills across disciplines
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-enhanced design tools
