Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex end-to-end experiences spanning multiple teams, products, or initiatives
- Define experience vision, interaction models, and design principles aligned with user and business needs
- Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, influencing what teams build and why
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content teams to deliver cohesive solutions
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 6+ years experience working in product or service design
- Proven experience leading design for platform-scale, AI-powered, or data-informed products
- Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and leadership levels without direct authority

- Base pay range of $139,900 - $274,800 per year
