Associate Product Designer, Client Growth

As an Associate Product Designer, you will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and contribute to new feature delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that address clear user and business needs
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to explore pain points and validate concepts
• Identify UI/UX issues across product surfaces and propose pragmatic improvements
• Write clear design specs and collaborate with engineers to support smooth handoff and implementation
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering to define problems and contribute to new feature delivery

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in product design or related roles
• Portfolio showcasing user flows, interface design, prototypes, and shipped work
• Familiarity with Figma and modern design tools
• Curiosity and eagerness to understand user behavior, mental models, and product constraints
