(Senior) Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for shipping innovative and user-centered digital experiences, focusing on customer acquisition. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and competitive landscape
- Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to prioritize opportunities that optimize website user experience
- Translate user insights into exceptional visual designs
- Leverage Design Systems in day-to-day work
- Conduct usability tests, create prototypes, and run experiments
- Communicate effectively with groups and stakeholders to influence their thinking and decisions
- Mentor and provide guidance to other designers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to deliver successful digital experiences
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends related to digital sales channels
- Proficient in Webflow and Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS coding (highly preferred but not a must)
