Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create on-brand creative assets for digital and print, while also capturing and editing photography and videography that aligns with brand standards. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments and managing external creative partners.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand creative assets including website and social graphics, menus, flyers, signage, and property collateral and holiday campaigns
• Execute layout, typography, and design for both digital and print materials
• Support seasonal campaigns with cohesive creative across all channels
• Maintain and evolve the property’s visual identity within brand standards
• Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, Spa, Recreation, Sales, Events, Rooms) to fulfill design needs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, videography / photography, design (hospitality preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and graphic design capability
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere or similar)
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and professional editing workflows
• Strong understanding of composition, branding, color, and visual storytelling
