Graphic Designer (Project-Based Role)

The Graphic Designer will create original designs and visual identities for various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will manage multiple projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create original designs, illustrations, and visual identities for print and digital channels
• Produce production-ready files; prepare pre-press packages and vendor handoffs
• Ensure brand consistency; steward and evolve graphics standards and design systems
• Support Lead Designers on larger conceptual projects from ideation through execution
• Collaborate with exhibitions, marketing, merchandise, events, and operations teams
• Translate briefs into clear concepts, comps, mockups, and final assets

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Google Workspace
• Experience with both print and digital production methods/standards
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, and grid systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure
