Responsibilities
- Leading design workstreams of digital products and services, from concept development to wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes
- Deliver high-quality design assets that reflect customer insights and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and guide solutions
- Present ideas and facilitate discussions with colleagues and clients
- Conduct research and usability testing to gather feedback on designs
Requirements
- Bachelorās and/or Masterās degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience working with design, product, and development teams
- Proven track record in delivering data-driven products from concept to delivery
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster positive client relationships
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
