Product Designer - Co-op Student

As a Product Designer Co-op, you will assist in research and discovery activities, support the creation of user flows and prototypes, and contribute to high-fidelity screens. You will also participate in design critiques and workshops to enhance your design thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn to frame design problems by assisting in research, discovery activities, and helping document user and business needs
- Practice interaction design by supporting the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Gain exposure to visual design by contributing to high-fidelity screens and learning how to apply brand guidelines and design systems
- Work with design systems by organizing and maintaining design assets
- Support user research and testing by helping run usability sessions and documenting insights
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a design-related program
- A portfolio that shows your potential in UX and UI design
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in user-centered design practices, accessibility, and inclusive design
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Benefits
- Pay range for this role is $35,100 per year - $65,000 per year
- Eligible for benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K
