The Senior UX Designer will lead UX research and drive the end-to-end design process, creating user-centered designs that align with business goals. They will also mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives that produce data-driven UX solutions
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a high-performance design culture
- Create world-class, user-centered designs by considering market research, business goals, user feedback, and usability study findings
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs and business objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead design strategy, user research, and usability testing
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design for web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility, and usability practices
- Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring designers
