The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create elegant, scalable solutions and craft intuitive experiences. They will also run research and usability testing to understand user needs and contribute to the design system.

- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to imagine what’s possible
- Designing elegant, scalable solutions that turn complexity into clarity
- Creating prototypes that bring ideas to life and spark conversation
- Running research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs
- Contributing to our growing Design System and pattern library
- Crafting design artefacts that enable seamless handovers and smooth delivery
Requirements
- Experience designing for enterprise software and solving real user problems
- A strong grasp of UI patterns and best practices for web applications
- Expertise in Figma — from wireframes to high-fidelity designs
- A portfolio showing how you think, not just what you make
- Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative approach
- The ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery
