Product Designer, Reality Labs

The product designer will lead and deliver design projects, transforming broad ideas into valuable user experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of FB products
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team to continually raise the bar for quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience designing complex software products, end-to-end, with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation
- Experience leading end-to-end development efforts, driving progress with Cross-Functional Partner teams, and making high-impact decisions
