Lead UX Designer, VCS Purchase and Spend Management, Spain Remote

The Lead UX Designer will focus on creating seamless experiences for both admins and customers in managing budgets and purchasing promotional items. They will partner with product teams to ensure best-in-class user experiences and drive UX consistency across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design holistic experiences for admins and customers
• Partner with product teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Influence the roadmap to deliver customer-obsessed product experiences
• Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brainstorming with collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, and priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably in the B2B e-commerce space
• 4+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies
• Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions
• Ability to move between high-level design and detailed design, and between future concepting and near-term implementation
