You will design end-to-end user experiences for complex financial products and conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions. You will partner with business analysts, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless implementation and implement accessibility and inclusive design practices.

- Implement accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices
- Bring data and business sense to design decisions, aligning user needs with revenue and cost optimization goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer in complex, fast-paced environments
- Financial services experience or strong interest in financial products
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and design outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Miro, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Analytical and logical thinker, used to gathering/analysing information for decision making and problem solving
