Senior UI/UX Designer Creative Consultant

The Senior UI/UX Designer will create intuitive and appealing user interfaces by collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing design tools. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing to refine designs.

Responsibilities

• Developing wireframes and prototypes and conducting user tests to refine designs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and using design tools and principles to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Providing strategic and tactical advice at management level
• Guiding full design trajectories, from strategy and concept to realization and launch
• Creating design propositions and playbooks to promote design within the company and its clients

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX/UI Designer in a professional digital environment
• Experience in designing digital products and services within transformation or change contexts
• Proven experience in guiding full design trajectories, from strategy and concept to realization and launch
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Experience providing strategic and tactical advice at management level
• In-depth knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design
• Knowledge of translating user needs and complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions
• Knowledge of developing wireframes, prototypes, and flows
• Knowledge of usability testing and applying insights from user research and data
• Insight into digital transformation and the role of design within business and IT environments
• Knowledge of creating consistent and high-quality customer and user experiences
