As a Senior Product Designer, you will design user-centric digital products and manage design projects from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive experiences that empower users in their financial journeys.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products and make complex financial concepts accessible, easy-to-use, and engaging
- Manage design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints, collaboration sessions, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and presenting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into concepts and solutions
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and data insights to validate and iterate on designs
- Mentor and advocate for user experience across teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams
- Versatile set of product design skills (product, interaction, and visual design)
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains
- Utilization of tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes
- Passionate about crypto and financial products
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills
