Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft user experiences for the Ketryx platform and drive roadmap items from initial shaping to implementation. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure intuitive user flows and contribute to the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft outstanding user experiences in the Ketryx platform
- Drive roadmap items from initial shaping to implementation of final screens and flows
- Map and manage key customer journeys
- Create mockups, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing
- Contribute to discovery activities, such as assumption testing and opportunity solution tree mapping
- Leverage data and user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Proactively refine screens and flows, solve smaller quality issues, and notice and solve âpaper cutsâ
Requirements
- 5-8+ years product design experience
- Exceptional generalist with a strong portfolio
- Meticulous attention to detail and visual finesse
- Strong advocate for the user
- Experience with complex technical solutions
- Communication skills that are second to none
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones
- Curiosity and confidence to ask questions and explore new ideas
