Product Designer (UX)

As a Product Designer, you will lead the design process from research to final UI execution, collaborating with product managers and engineers. Your designs will enhance user engagement and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI execution
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and pixel-perfect execution
- Partner with product managers to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to our evolving design system
Requirements
- Strong grasp of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory
- Expertise in interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
- Deep understanding of designing for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive experiences
- Understanding of behavioural psychology and its impact on user decisions
- Experience conducting usability tests, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations
