The Junior Graphic Designer will support internal and external marketing initiatives by creating engaging visual content across print and digital platforms. They will collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners to bring creative concepts to life while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external marketing initiatives through compelling visual design
- Translate project goals, audience needs, and brand standards into effective creative solutions
- Design a variety of assets including flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, PDFs, illustrations, logos, and digital content
- Apply strong design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and composition
- Develop creative concepts, drafts, and final designs, presenting ideas when appropriate
- Collaborate with designers, managers, and stakeholders through reviews and team projects
- Communicate with field teams and internal partners to deliver materials for review and distribution
- Incorporate feedback constructively to refine designs and strengthen skills
- Participate in brainstorming sessions across departments to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Assist with pre-production planning, file organization, and asset management
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required)
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and constructive criticism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sketch, storyboard, or visually communicate ideas
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
