Graphic Designer
Minor International 🇹🇭 Surat Thani City Municipality, Mueang Surat Thani District, Thailand
The Graphic Designer will ensure brand compliance and maintain visual standards across all resort collateral. They will design a variety of materials and oversee production processes to align with luxury branding.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day brand compliance for the resort and its outlets
- Maintain an organised library of brand templates, property assets and fonts files
- Design, develop and refresh a wide range of materials including brochures, posters, menus, invitations, digital ads, social assets, signage and in-room collateral
- Translate brand guidelines into seasonal activations, events and tactical campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas and moodboards; propose new visual solutions to enhance storytelling, guest engagement and brand memorability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands or an agency serving luxury clients
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom
- Strong understanding of print and production: pre-press, proofing, dielines, colour management and premium finishing techniques
