The UX/UI Designer will lead the design process from conceptualization to high-fidelity UI, collaborating with Product Managers and Developers. They will also design and upgrade features for the SaaS platform and maintain the company's Design System.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from conceptualization and user flows to wireframes and pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences
- Design and upgrade features for our SaaS platform, focusing on usability, scalability, and visual consistency
- Maintain and evolve the company’s Design System to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all products
- Conduct quick usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- SaaS Experience working on B2B SaaS products, complex web applications, or data platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and modern AI assisted prototyping tools
- Ability to simplify complex data and technical processes into clear, user-friendly designs
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
