Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts. Improve core user flows and contribute to the design system while refining designs based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts to shape feature direction
- Improve core user flows by simplifying complexity and enhancing clarity and usability
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial product design experience
- Strong track record of shipping simple, intuitive user experiences
- Experience contributing to and evolving design systems
- Clear communicator who explains design rationale well
