UI/UX Designer - Dallas, TX

The UI/UX Designer will create high-fidelity interface designs for customer-facing workflows and build interactive prototypes to validate user flows. They will also adapt designs for various retail hardware and collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity interface designs for core customer-facing workflows
• Build interactive prototypes to test and validate user flows
• Adapt designs for various retail hardware and screen resolutions
• Contribute to and maintain a centralized design system
• Work daily with developers to ensure designs are feasible within the routing layer architecture
• Refine workflows based on feedback from the discovery and build phases

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showing complex transactional interfaces
• Experience working with robust design systems and style guides
• Strong understanding of micro-interactions, state management, and user feedback loops
• Understanding of the unique challenges of retail environments
